Jason Elwes &amp; Grahme Rayner from Port Stephens<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Minister for Disability Services John Ajaka was delighted that the upgrade also gives kids with disability access into the harbour from an iconic location.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEveryone deserves to access one of the most beautiful harbours in the world \u2013 and through initiatives like this and organisations like Sailability \u2013 there are no boundaries,\u201d Mr Ajaka said.<\/p>\n<p>BIA president Alan Blake said there will be kids from all walks-of-life coming to this facility to learn more about boating safety and that can only be a good thing. Getting into the right safety habits from an early age, like putting on a lifejacket before you go out on the water can save lives.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne of the great things about this initiative is that it will provide opportunities for people with disability to enjoy on-water activities.
